This year there will be a changed registration procedure!
If you would like to register your child at our school, download the registration form in the download area (including school agreement and information on data protection, four pages in total), fill it out and hand it in with the necessary documents in person (no appointment necessary!) to the secretariat (room A 103) during opening hours.
Documents required for registration:
- the completed registration form (with signatures of all legal guardians) in the original (form: here)
- For single parents: Copy of custody notice
- School agreement (signed) in the original
- Information on data protection (signed) in the original
- two current passport photos (please do not stick them on!)
- Birth certificate or ID in copy

- Certificate 3rd class, 2nd half year in copy
- Proof of measles vaccination (two vaccinations, bring the original with you!)
Please note that we can only accept your child’s registration documents in full!
If you would also like a consultation with a representative of the school, please make an appointment by telephone. Participation in a consultation is no longer mandatory this school year!
Attention:
Parents who have a child with special educational needs must make an appointment for a consultation.
On Friday, February 6th, 2026 your child will receive the half-yearly certificate for the 4th grade as well as the registration form. Please hand in these documents (half-yearly certificate in copy, registration form in the original) to the secretariat by Friday, February 13, 2026, 1 p.m. at the latest! We are no longer allowed to accept any documents after this!
We look forward to welcoming you and your child in person soon!
