Designing our whole day
In the all-day school, lessons and leisure time should form an educational unit. Social learning and meaningful leisure activities are key goals of our school. The development of conscious and critical leisure behavior should be promoted during breaks, open lunch options and working groups.
Break
The cafeteria and the student café are central places during both the breakfast break and the lunch break. During the breakfast break, students can buy rolls and drinks here, and during the lunch break they can choose from three different dishes in the cafeteria. Students who are looking for more exercise can borrow balls, skipping ropes, inline skates, stilts, etc. from the outdoor play rental area.
Open lunch offers
During the lunch break, students can attend the following open lunch options without any obligation:
- Table tennis and table football room
- Football pitch
- Basketball court
- Library
- Student café
- Open workshop
- Games room
- Outdoor game loan
- Gymnasiums
- Art room
Working groups
The working groups (AGs) take place once a week in the 7th hour as part of the afternoon lessons. The aim of these working groups is to enable students to develop their own interests and skills in different areas and to use their free time meaningfully. A diverse offering with the involvement of parents and in cooperation with clubs is intended to make and maintain the AG offer attractive for the students.
