The new compulsory teacher training provides various practical elements on the way to the state examination.
The training team at the Elisabeth Selbert Comprehensive School supports teacher training students who are interested in this challenging and demanding profession. We would be happy to accompany the candidates and provide insights and experiences in this professional field.
Due to the new teacher training law, we give priority to internships to students at the University of Bonn
The practical elements are trained at the Elisabeth Selbert Comprehensive School in spring and autumn. For organizational reasons we only carry out Block internships.

Every autumn, the Elisabeth-Selbert Comprehensive School trains up to five practical semesters at the University of Bonn. The responsible coordinator is

Preparation service / traineeship
The Elisabeth Selbert Comprehensive School trains trainees at the Center for Practical School Teacher Training in Siegburg (Sek I) and the Center for Practical School Teacher Training in Bonn (Sek II).
